This Terms of Service ("Terms") agreement governs the use of the BOSSTORQUE Sperry Report integration ("Integration"), a private internal Jobber API integration developed by BOSSTORQUE for Sperry Tree Care.
The Integration is a non-public, internal-use application developed solely to retrieve campaign performance data from Sperry Tree Care's Jobber account for the purpose of generating internal reports and dashboards. It is not distributed, resold, or made available to any third party.
Use of the Integration is restricted to authorized BOSSTORQUE personnel and Sperry Tree Care administrators. The Integration accesses Jobber data only with explicit OAuth-granted permission from a Sperry Tree Care admin user.
The Integration reads aggregate campaign metrics (counts of inbound requests, quotes, jobs, and clients) from Jobber's API. No personally identifiable customer information is stored, transmitted to third parties, or used for marketing. All data remains within BOSSTORQUE's secure infrastructure for the sole purpose of internal reporting.
Sperry Tree Care may revoke the Integration's access at any time via the Jobber App Marketplace disconnect mechanism or by contacting BOSSTORQUE directly.
The Integration is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BOSSTORQUE assumes no liability for any data loss, service interruption, or business impact arising from the Integration's use.
